Ivo R. Ivanov
Assistant Music Director
Ivo
is the Assistant Music Director of Kensington Temple where
he often plays keyboards and leads worship. Born in Bulgaria,
he has studied music since the age of 5 and later on he
graduated from the National Academy of Music with a degree
in "Performing Arts" specializing in Piano &
Trumpet. Recently he studied Harmony & Arranging for
Jazz & Contemporary Styles at Goldsmiths University
of London as well as being schooled by British Jazz pianist
Tim Richards. Ivo has been actively involved in Christian
music ministry for the past 14 years. He has played in several
Christian concerts, Kanal 1 BTV productions, Harvest for
Europe Conferences featured on God Channel, album recordings,
conferences and events led by ministers and artists such
as R.W. Shambach, Phil Driscoll, Jessy Dixon, Joyce Meyer,
Noel Robinson and Graham Kendrick, as well as playing at
Wembley Arena, the Royal Albert Hall and Hammersmith Apollo
Easter Meetings. He has also been involved with the worship
at the Elim National Bible Conference in the past. In his
spare time he teaches piano, works on independent music
projects and looks after the design and updating of the
KT Worship web site. Ivo is married to Malin from Sweden
and they live in London.
